i stayed in brussels at friends place and the first evening the friend of mine wanted to see some pics i shot. when he saw shots of le corbusier and the snake building he immediately said i have to got to this one building because it looks so cool and take pics of it. so did i. i didn´t expect much because he only told me it looks as being from another time. a bit futuristic. from the street you hardly recognize or see the beauty of it. but standing in front of and looking on the backside blows you. or at least me. there are two shots of the building in the back a mirror building too. unfortunately the sun came out only for a few seconds so i guess in summer you can take great shots. btw: it´s chausseé de la hulpe #181. check it out next time you´re there. you won´t pass there by accident because it´s way outside of the city center.

Exposing both sides of the film (EBS).
I shot on correct(normal) side first in a sunny/bright day, at ISO400(ISO800 film inside). Below half of the lense was masked with a splitzer. After finished a roll, reverse the film (in a dark-room). Then start shooting on redscale side in a cloudy/rainy day, at ISO200. Upper half was masked with a splitzer. The order of each location is precisely the same as 1st shots. I took notes in details about locations and shot all places with iPhone, to remember locations. Need patience, concentration, and accuracy for this challenge. Plus must be careful with 'gaps' between frames. Nevertheless this fantastic overcrowded, dirty, loud and divers town was one of the major highlights during our trip. Finally I understand why turtle_cologne insisted to stay 5 nights here - wise decision. When visiting Malaysia I highly recommend to go to Penang!

More shots from our recent Malaysia trip...this roll was one of the busted rolls through the squeegee but following @alienmeatsack´s advice I washed it again after drying and the result is almost perfect! I´m especially in love with the tea plantation shots here - perfect sunny weather on a great roll of expired Superia!

More shots from our recent Malaysia trip...this roll was one of the busted rolls through the squeegee but following @alienmeatsack´s advice I washed it again after drying and the result is almost perfect! A walk in the park in Taiping were we met some friends of @turtle_cologne and had a fantastic time including a visit in the best ever seafood restaurant and a fantastic chinese restaurant, too. The friendliness of those guys (who were strangers to me) was absolutely outstanding - would love to host them here sometime!
